A Hands-On Farm Adventure
Bring your students to JZ Farms for an unforgettable agricultural experience! Our self-guided field trips give children the freedom to explore, learn, and play at their own pace while discovering where food comes from, meeting farm animals, and enjoying over 25 exciting farm attractions.
Students can explore our giant 10-acre corn maze, visit friendly farm animals, climb, slide, race, swing, and experience farm life through hands-on activities designed for a wide range of ages.
Whether you're planning a preschool outing, elementary school field trip, homeschool gathering, or community group visit, JZ Farms offers a fun and educational day on the farm.

JZ Farms is closed to the public on Mondays through Wednesdays, providing a quieter field trip experience.
Thursday & Friday

JZ Farms is open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays.

Each field trip receives access to a private covered tent area with picnic tables.

Outside food and drinks are welcome
Larger groups may need to rotate lunch schedules
Please note that multiple schools may be scheduled on the same day, but attendance is limited to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Spookley the Square Pumpkin
Available for Pre-K through 2nd Grade
Available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only.
Students will enjoy:
A 10-minute Spookley the Square Pumpkin puppet show
Access to the Spookley-themed Kid Corn Maze
A fun lesson about kindness, acceptance, and celebrating differences
There is no additional charge for the Spookley experience. Simply indicate your interest when submitting your reservation request.
Field Trip Pricing
Standard Admission
$10 per student
Admission + Pumpkin
$12 per student
Includes a small pumpkin to take home. Pumpkins are distributed before departure and are not picked from the patch.
Adults & Chaperones
$5 each
Teachers
Free
Minimum of 25 children required to receive field trip pricing.
Optional Purchases
Students and families may purchase additional items during their visit.
The Frozen Farmer Ice Cream
Small: $4.50 + tax
Large: $6.00 + tax
Farm Market & Gift Shop
Browse local gifts, souvenirs, and seasonal farm merchandise.
The concession stand is open Thursdays and Fridays only.
Important Information
Payment
One group payment is required.
Checks should be made payable to JZ Farms Fall Fest.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Season Passes are not valid during field trips.
Chaperone Check-In
If parents or chaperones arrive separately, please have them wait until the field trip coordinator has checked in and received group wristbands.
Weather Policy
Field trips may be canceled due to rain or severe weather conditions.
If rain is forecasted, please call 443-786-7183 before departing for the farm. We will also do our best to communicate any weather-related updates.
