Our birthday party packages include all-day access to the farm, private party space, and over 25 hands-on activitiesโlike corn bins, farm animals, and giant slides. With flexible options, plenty of space to roam, and unforgettable memories to be made, itโs the perfect place for kids (and grown-ups!) to have a blast. Standard Birthday Party Package: $250 These rates are only offered when we are open to the public during our Spring season & Fall Fest. If you want to have a party during our off seasons- the room rental rates will apply. ๐ Includes up to 25 guests (kids and adults over age 3) ๐ Reserved party area with a 20x30 party tent, picnic tables, and a 6-ft serving table ๐ All-day farm admission to Fall Fest or Spring activities (Paintball extra) ๐ท Full access to all farm attractions! ๐ Party Time Slots: 10 AM โ 1 PM 1:30 PM โ 4:30 PM 5 PM โ 8 PM (Friday & Saturday nights in October only) ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Additional guests: $10 per person over 25 guests ๐ฐDeposit required: $100 (refundable only if the farm closes due to weather) Party Add-ons Paintball Package: 50 shots per guest ($3/person) or 100 shots ($8/person): minumum of 20. Cancellation Policy
Birthday party rates start at $250.00 which includes up to 25 people. Adults and children ages 3 and above are included in the count. We require a $100.00 deposit to reserve the date that is ONLY refundable for inclement weather that causes the farm to close prior to the party starting. If the farm does need to close we will try to accommodate another date if our calendar allows. A guest list must be emailed to jzfarms21@gmail.com by the Thursday before the party, with every name that will come to the party. Be sure to tell guests to let us know that they are here for the party so we can be sure not to charge them at the entrance. We will check their names off the list that you provided to us. All guest age 3 and up need to be included on this list (adults are included on this list). Season passes are excluded for all birthday parties. The remaining balance of the party is due upon arrival to the farm. With the minimum of $150.00. Any party greater than 25 people will be charged an additional $10.00 a person. Once the remaining balance is paid there are no refunds. We will provide the tent, 10 picnic tables, one 6ft table and trash cans. Each guest has admission for all activities except the paintball target station. Paintball shots can be purchased separately. The allotted time for party includes set up and clean up. Please do not come early to set up. You can tell guests to come a half an hour later if you would like, in order to have time to set up. Time slots are either 10am-1pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm. We also have a 5pm-8pm on Friday and Saturday nights in October. Party attendees have access to the farm all day. You may bring your own food, drinks, paper products, tablecloths, and minimal decorations (no confetti please). No smoking or alcohol on the farm. No grills allowed. There are no electrical outlets so please plan accordingly. All guests play at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. This is the responsibility of the party host.
